Happy New Year!

Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a Happy New Year! We celebrated my husband's b-day on New Year's Eve, but I almost missed New Year's!!! Guess I was tired- took many little naps that night... I think my daughter stayed up later than me!
I've been busy organizing my craft room... If anyone has suggestions on how to organize your scraps, please let me know what method works for you. I can't seem to get a handle on it and it ends up taking over my whole workspace! I'm determined this year to keep my craft room clean and organized!!
Just thought I'd share what Enjoli gave me for Xmas. I just love her creations! Earlier I won a blog candy from her using the same HK and Doodlebug paper, so this desk set coordinates perfectly! She sent me some other goodies too and stuff for my daughter. Thank you Enjoli!
I love the matching pen too!
I'm pretty sure I'll never use this since its so darn cute!
Can you believe I still need to make more calendars???? I didn't even start my mom's calendar and now she's ordered another one from me. Good thing I got some of the mini calendars in Honolulu- Yay!
Better get back to organizing... Hope you have a great 2010 and don't forget to craft!

  1. Happy New Year Jenny! Hope you had a great New Years with family. Luvn this HK paper holder. Enjoli does some amazing projects! ;)

As for organization of your scraps, well, I have the same problem, but have managed to stay somewhat organized. I have a filing system . . . I've labeled each file folder with all the different colors including DP's and slotted my scraps by color that way. It works for me but everyone has their own way that works. :)

  3. Happy New Year Jenny! That is an awfully cute HK gift from Enjoli! She is the HK Queen! I too, am "trying" to organize my craft room! What a job, huh? As far as my scraps go, I group them by color and then throw them in the gallon size ziploc bag, and then those bags go into a plastic scrapbook container (the Iris kine). Hope you find a way to organize those pesty scraps! Let me know the next time you're in town so we can get together! Have a wonderful 2010 Jenny! xoxo, Linda
