Emboss Resist
OK- So I totally CASED this card from the Hero Arts blog. I fell in love with this design and just could not put my own spin on it without ruining the card!!! So, I bought the dandelion stamp and white embossing powder just to make it. Crazy yah?
My friend Debi teaches a distress techniques class at Island Scrapbooking. She's shown me how to do a few of the techniques and this was one of them, so I decided to try it out on my own. I thought I could emboss over the distress inks- which came out OK, but worked much better when I embossed the dandelions first then went over it with the ink. I really like how this card came out! I'm definitely gonna do this card again... maybe in different colored distress inks!
Supplies:
oh I like it, maybe I want it try it too
